During the summer of 2025, a faculty and student delegation from the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) in the UAE made a special visit to China, touring Chery’s state-of-the-art factory to gain an in-depth understanding of the complete automotive production and assembly processes. The visit provided a unique opportunity for hands-on learning and strengthened the foundation for international university-industry collaboration.
During the visit, the delegation experienced test drives of Chery’s latest models, including the globally popular Tiggo series and the upcoming HIMLA model, experiencing first-hand Chery’s advancements in comfort, safety, and intelligent vehicle technology.

The delegation also explored Chery’s leading-edge global technologies, including the CHERY SUPER HYBRID. Attendees were impressed by its exceptional performance, ultra-low fuel consumption, and smooth, responsive driving experience, demonstrating Chery’s leadership in hybrid innovation. In addition, they interacted with Chery’s humanoid robot AiMOGA, showcasing the company’s achievements in artificial intelligence and robotics.
Organized and hosted by Chery AWR, the visit highlighted the company’s commitment to fostering international collaboration and innovation. Chery AWR emphasized that such exchanges will continue to strengthen university-industry partnerships, nurturing young talent with global vision and advanced technical skills.
This event reflects Chery’s ongoing dedication to its “Technology, Green, and Internationalization” strategy and marks a new milestone in collaboration with the UAE educational sector.
In the future, Chery will continue to expand its exploration and innovation across multiple fields. Upcoming initiatives include the CHERY SUPER HYBRID Safety Challenge and the Airplane Racing Challenge in late September, followed by participation in the IUCN Congress and the User Ecosystem Conference in October.
