AGMC, the official importer of BMW Group vehicles in Dubai, Sharjah, and the Northern Emirates, has announced Ezat Antaki as the Branch Manager of the highly anticipated Motor City Showroom.  

Ezat brings a wealth of knowledge and over 18 years of professional experience in the service management industry to the position. 

Holding many roles at BMW, including Service Manager and Workshop and Technical Manager, Ezat has displayed his strengths in customer service, decision-making, problem-solving, technical troubleshooting and communication over the years. 

During his 18 years at BMW, he has excelled and demonstrated his passion and dedication for the industry and BMW Group, which is emphasised in his proven ability to lead a team and to encourage productive and profitable operations that yield growth across many facets of the business.  

Ezat holds an Executive Master of International Business Administration from the HULT International Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Damascus University in Syria, which has prepared him for a distinguished career in the automotive industry.
